We want to bring people together over good food, drinks, and easy conversationFrom weekday coffees to lazy Sunday cocktails, everyone’s welcome here.

Fresh, homemade, and full of heart - everything we serve is made with care and a pinch of personality. You'll find our window packed with fresh bakes and our famously huge cinnamon rolls, but if you fancy a bigger plate, we have our main menu.
HOUSE FAVOURITESFrom wholesome brunches to comforting classics with a twist, our food is crafted to nourish and delight - whatever time of day you stop by.Kick things off with the iconic McHyde Breakfast Bap, a crowd favourite thanks to its perfect combo of sausage and fluffy Japanese-style egg. Prefer plant-powered? Our Veggie McHyde delivers with avocado smash and vine tomatoes piled high in a toasted bap.The Avo Smash on Toast is a fresh and flavourful staple, elevated with feta and basil (and even better with a poached egg on top). Feeling something sweet? Our Homemade Nut Granola with seasonal compote or the Acai Bowl bursting with fruit and nutty goodness are guaranteed to brighten your morning.For something a little different, try our Hyde House Bloody Mary Beans on Toast - rich, smoky, and truly addictive. Or dive into the sweet and savoury magic of crunchy peanut butter, caramelised banana, and our homemade granola piled onto toast.Sourdough lovers, we’ve got you, spread it thick with butter, jam, or our decadent homemade chocolate & hazelnut.And as always, peek into our window for the latest bakes and seasonal treats, we’re always cooking up something new.

Whether you’re after a caffeine kick, something cold and crisp, or a weekend wind-down, we’ve got you covered.Our coffee is our very own Hyde Blend, roasted locally by the brilliant Jolly Bean Roastery - smooth, rich and just the right amount of bold.We pour proper teas, seasonal iced drinks, and homemade syrups for those who like a little twist.Our bar keeps things local and lively - think wines + fizz by the glass or bottle, beers from nearby breweries, and a seasonal cocktail menu that changes with the weather (and our mood).Whatever your drink, we’ll make sure it hits the spot.

Our space
We love celebrating local, so our retail shelves are packed with treats from our favourite independent makers.You’ll find homeware, jewelry, artwork, and our very own Hyde coffee blend, ready to take home by the bag. You can pick up celebration cards, a bunch of flowers, and even a loaf of sourdough to really treat that special someone!Upstairs, you’ll find our coworking space - a calm corner for creative minds, freelancers, and anyone who prefers their meetings with good coffee and better playlists.Pull up a chair, plug in, and make yourself at home - Hyde style.Our whole venue is available to hire - whether you want to use the coworking space, our cafe/bar or the external back area. Just let us know, we would love to host your event (no live music though unfortunately).
